Updating Your Child’s Info

To communicate with us about updates to your child’s information, you can use these communication platforms:

• Via email 
• Office phone 
• Private message on our Facebook page 

Please contact  our Longview Office with any changes or updates to the information we have on file for your child including

• Phone, email, or mailing address changes 
•  Pick-up people (add or remove) 
• New medical condition or allergy 
• Vaccine record 
• Any other paperwork you want included in your child’s records that is important for the classroom teachers to know
