Enrollment

Our priority enrollment session for the 2024-25 school year for returning and new Smart Start families will take place February 1-20, 2024. Thereafter, Smart Start ELC’s open enrollment session for the 2024-25 school year will begin, and we will accept registration materials from any new or returning families to Smart Start (as space allows) beginning February 26, 2024. To register for our preschool/prek combo classes (5- and 3-days Longview and all Toutle), children must have already turned 3 or will be turning 3 on August 31, 2024. To register for our pre-kindergarten class (3 days Longview), children must have already turned 4 or will be turning 4 on August 31, 2024. To register for our preschool class (2 days Longview), children must have already turned 3 or will be turning 3 on August 31, 2024, AND be returning to a pre-k class for the 2025-26 school year. To register for our kindergarten class (5 days Longview), children must have already turned 5 or will be turning 5 on August 31, 2024. To register for our Jump Start class, a child must be at least 30 months of age by August 31, 2024, and fully toilet trained. Licensing at Smart Start ELC requires that no enrolled child be in diapers or pull-ups.

Your child’s spot in a Smart Start ELC program will be reserved when the following have been received:

Non-refundable registration fee ($150.00 new Smart Start student or $100.00 returning Smart Start student); Smart Start is able to accept cash or check (payable to Smart Start ELC)
Completed and signed Registration Form
Completed and signed Parent/Tuition Contract
Completed and signed Photo Release Form
Immunization Checklist and current immunization paperwork

Registration fee and completed registration packet can be mailed OR dropped off (drop-off anytime in the black, locked mailbox located outside the church office entrance at the address below):
