Enrollment Information

Our priority enrollment session for currently enrolled Smart Start students and their siblings begins February 3rd  and will conclude on February 19th.  During this enrollment session, current, returning, and new Smart Start families are welcome to submit registration; however, currently enrolled Smart Start families will take priority in securing their spot in the order the registration packet is received.  Beginning February 20th, Smart Start will begin the process of contacting and registering returning families (not currently enrolled with us), as class openings permit, based on the order the registration packet was received, followed by new families.

To register for our preschool/pre-k combo classes (5- and 3-days Longview and all Toutle), children must have already turned 3 or will be turning 3 on August 31, 2025. To register for our pre-kindergarten class (3 days Longview), children must have already turned 4 or will be turning 4 on August 31, 2025. To register for our preschool class (2 days Longview), children must have already turned 3 or will be turning 3 on August 31, 2025, AND be returning to a pre-k class for the 2026-27 school year. To register for our kindergarten class (5 days Longview), children must have already turned 5 or will be turning 5 on August 31, 2025. Licensing at Smart Start ELC requires that no enrolled child be in diapers or pull-ups.
